Directions:
- Spas / Hot Tub - add 3 to 4 capfuls of PharmaSpa Liquid Spa Fragrance, for every 500 gallons of water, directly in your hot tub or jetted bath
- Bath / Whirlpool Bath - add 1 to 2 full capfuls
- Foot Bath - add 1 to 2 full tablespoons

I bought the Escape bath liquids and a few other Pharmaspa Nature bath liquids because I heard epsom salts would be be good for my painful gout. But I don’t understand how it’s supposed to help my gout. Do I just put my feet in? Or do I have to immerse my whole body. Is the amount you put in the water different if you soak only your feet?
